I always stay at a great place in Medina. The staff even gave me a local taxi number, so helpful. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, car park, 24hr reception. Perfect for my trip! Fitness center, indoor pool, spa, flat-screen TV, kitchenette. Can't wait to go back.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful mall with a direct access to it. It was also very close to the mosque. The hotel provided excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. They even had a grocery shopping service and a free airport shuttle. The room amenities were great, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The spa lounge was a nice touch, and the turkish bath was so relaxing. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park was convenient.

There is no specific mention of the hotel being family-friendly. However, based on the reviews, I would recommend this hotel for families as well.

The location was excellent, steps away from Al Rashid Mega Mall. There were a mall and a large shopping mall around the hotel.

Beautifully designed and immaculately clean room with climate control, TV set, and a microwave and stunningly beautiful view from it. Exceptionally comfortable bed overall.

The place is nicely appointed, met the criteria. Courteous staff, they smile all the time. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to. It's my first option in Medina, thank you very much.

The property is conveniently located near various restaurants and malls within walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive towards our requests. The rooms are spotless, cosy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a well-designed kitchenette. We were pleased with the suhoor breakfast during Ramadan. From the friendly-themed decor to the sumptuous snacks, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Great selection of food options and variety of shopping facilities nearby make it a fun location to stay at. Friendly and helpful staff plus the immaculately clean rooms were impressive. Complementary water bottles and the amazing breakfast during Ramadan only made my stay even more special.

If you are visiting Madinah to be near the Haram, this location is a bit far away. there is no gym for women, which is a drawback for some.

Conveniently located near Haramain Railway Station and between the Airport and The Haram. Rashid Mega Mall offers entertainment, shopping, and a food court with Carrefour. Regular shuttles available to Masjid e Nabawi. Friendly and helpful staff, fluent English-speaking Saudis providing excellent hospitality.
